Virginia Teacher Leaders Network

Who are we?

We are accomplished teachers recognized for excellence in the classroom. We are Teachers of the Year, Milken Educators, and National Board Certified Teachers serving as resources to others by sharing the knowledge, experience and insight we have gained from our years in the classroom.

What do we do?

Through our database of exemplary teachers, we identify professionals with the right knowledge and skills to meet the needs of those seeking the expertise of accomplished teachers. For example, members of the Virginia Teacher Leaders Network are available to make presentations to civic groups, serve on advisory boards or committees, mentor new struggling teachers, and lead professional development activities.

Where are we?

We live all over the state, but we are supported by the Center for Teacher Leadership at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Education.
