Seventh Annual National Board Certification Pinning Ceremony

The Seventh Annual Pinning Ceremony took place on January 7, 2009 at the W.E. Singleton Center for the Performing Arts.  It was attended by newly board certified teachers and their guests, as well as superintendents, school board members, and principals of Chesterfield, Henrico, Hanover, and Richmond Public Schools. Governor Tim Kaine was the keynote speaker. Forty-three teachers received National Board Certification.
