Teacher Leadership Training CTL convened a design team composed of exemplary teacher leaders from around the country, policymakers, and technology experts to develop an on-line course in teacher leadership. Members of the Teacher Leaders Network (TLN) and VA-Forum were well represented! The course is designed to help teachers: · Assess and develop their leadership skills · Deepen their knowledge about policy · Sharpen their skills in influencing change · Build an ongoing learning community of colleagues interested in becoming more effective teacher leaders |
